Yoga over 50 class by Jade Integrated Health, in the Expo Hall. As we (all) grow older, we’re not doing the same type or amount of physical things we used to and it’s very possible that we become less active. Our muscles naturally lose their elasticity and this can make common day-to-day activities like reaching down to tie your shoes, or looking over your shoulder to back your car out of the driveway difficult. Yoga is a very gentle but powerful way to keep your body moving and grooving well into your retirement years.

12-3 p.m.

Free mini-manicure by Renee Bundy, of Times Ten, a traveling manicure/pedicure provider, in the foyer. Renee can provide manicure services in your home!

1-2:30 p.m.

Highlight, a ladies quartet, will serenade Expo goers with lots of favorites.

Members of Highlight are: Ann Cianchette, standing in back, who sings bass; Robin Marsanskis, sitting in center, baritone; Laura Abraham, left, lead; and Laura Russell, tenor.
